Responsibilities:
- As a Technical Support Representative for a premiere call center client, you will guide customers to help fix their internet connection problems, troubleshoot e-mail and client software issues and provide product support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-yr course
- Minimum 2-years college level education with at least 2-4 years relevant work experience gained in a technical support service-oriented environment
- Fluent English Communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Computer and Internet navigation Skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Experience in the health insurance business will be an advantage (but not required)
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City and Eastwood City, Libis
