JOB OBJECTIVE: Will be in charge of the IT / Network Administration of the OCS Philippines Personalization Bureau DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for the following: o IT HW & SW installations and upgrades o Maintenance of IT Equipment (must be able to do 1st level and liaise with Vendor for Support) o CPS upgrades on the Bureau’s servers (Office, Production, Validation Servers, Workstations) o Implement software updates/changes in line with Change Control Process requirements. o Systems housekeeping tasks o IT inventory including warranties and supplies requirement, etc. • Escalate any data or system related issues with the appropriate customer contact and within OCS. • Maintain an incident register and raise and update incident reports for each problem until resolved • Liaise with OCS Regional and Global Support contacts on issues. • Responsible for IT Security in the Bureau • Responsible for maintenance of Personalization Equipment & Fulfillment machines (must be able to do 1st level and liaise with Vendor for Support)
