Responsibilities:
Ensures effective computer network system and database by assisting users with computer functionalities and technical issues, routine system maintenance and, backing up systems and applications
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related courses
- Preferably CCNA, MCSE, MCP
- Knowledge in first layer up to third layer of network (TCP/IP)
- Knowledge in POS (IBM and NCR)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Servers and Applications
- Knowledge in WAN, MAN and LAN infrastructure
- Knowledge in VPN, VOIP and VLANS
- Knowledge in computer hardware troubleshooting, repair and maintenance
