Cisco Certified Help Desk Agent (Day Shift)
PHP 20000 - 25000 +meal & transpo allowance
(National Capital Reg - Ortigas)

Requirements:

• Graduate of Computer/IT related course
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is a must.
• Preferably with at least 6 months call center experience
• Experience in operating network equipment such as ADSL and dial-up modems, routers, firewalls, proxy servers is preferred but not required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
