Service Engineer for Tagbilaran
(Central Visayas - Tagbilaran, Bohol)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in providing technical services to clients in terms of Preventive Maintenance and Service Response Calls including sales of spare parts and consumables
• Provide assistance to clients in terms of spare parts replacement for machine and sales of consumables
• Provide information to the Sales group regarding existing accounts with trade-in possibilities to Risograph
• Assist the Sale group in machine demonstration for possible closing of machine sales
• Provide machine training to in-house Service Engineers as well as out-of-town servicing and training for branch Service Engineers and clients
• Provide overhauling services to Risograph machines when needed
• Report to Cebu Regional Office as required

Requirements:

• Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
• Good technical background,  preferably in an IT environment
• Dedication and competence for intensive training
• Willing to do out-of-town service calls
• Male, not more than 28 years of age
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Preferably a resident of Bohol or Cebu
