Java Programmer
(National Capital Reg - makati, mandaluyong, ortigas, qc, manila)

Responsibilities:

• Java (Spring, Spring Web Flow) and Web (HTML, CSS, Javascript) development.
• Translate designs from the Creative team into fully functioning application/web flows.
• Responsible for the design, develop and maintain existing services and wil be responsible for the developing multi-threaded application and provisioning data with the back end systems.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

SPi is now accepting applications for: Technical Writer   Application deadline on 6-5-11 Responsible for creating and maintaining product documentation for production group and external clients. Observes product developmental activities and gathers information through studying drawings, specifications, mock-ups  and product samples to outline technology operating procedure, production sequence and detail. Interviews subject matter experts (e.g. Software Engineers),  reads existing product and User Interface specifications and  participates in hands-on use of products to ensure accuracy of information in documentation. Writes and maintains product documentation in the form of  technical documents,  PDF files, etc. for external clients and concerned sections in  the production group. Creates and maintains various HTML web pages of Online  help for external clients’ products. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of any 4-5 year course, preferably IT/ Computer-related Must have at least an experience in Technical Writing or Product Documentation Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Must have good creative writing skills and keen attention to details Must be proficient with Windows, UNIX, HTML coding, Desktop Publishing, Photo editing Preferably knowledgeable in XML and other mark-up languages Must be willing to work in graveyard shift

CISCO Certified Engineer/CCNA

Responsibilities:

• • Execution of specific areas of responsibility/deliverables with minimal supervision
• • Serves as a functional expert for a program or a defined set of programs
• • Applies knowledge of the enterprise, business system and industry to the project team, supporting or interfacing with their program/project or defined set of projects/programs.
• • Responsible for the logical configuration of network equipment via thorough routing concepts skill set including Cisco, Juniper, and Nortel and Adtran platforms. 
• • Ensures configurations meet customer expectations as well as industry and product standards.  Responsible for accurate back office system data record management
• • Supports customer activations and is responsible for configuration adjustments as required for management acceptance testing.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a 4 year or 5 year course; preferably an Engineering graduate in the field of Electronics & 

  Communications or Computer Engineering

• CISCO Certification/CCNA is required
• Experienced in managing/supervising minimum of 10 agents/associates gained in a BPO company or similar or \

  alternative industry
• Minimum of 2-3 years working experience preferably in the engineering/ telecommunications industry and/or similar or

  alternative industry, in an operations or technical support capacity/position.
• Experienced in personnel development; leadership and succession planning; coaching/mentoring for performance
• Willing to work on shifting/graveyard schedules

• Working Knowledge of Routing Protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, RIP, Stating Routing)
• Experienced in Configurations of DNS, VRRP, HSRP, Load Sharing, Zone Based Firewall, Policy Based Routing,

  Access Control Lists, VLAN, WLAN, NAT, PPPoE
