CEBU - Digital Media Specialist
(Central Visayas - Cebu)

Responsibilities:
Answers incoming calls and emails promptly, in accordance with established call/email-handling procedures.
Provides concise quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner for client projects. Performs related work as required, and works on special projects as requested. Interacts with fellow team members to enhance project performance. Works on special projects and assumes additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:

    * Good understanding and interest in digital media technologies and consumer electronics.
    * Navigational and troubleshooting proficiency (e.g. control panel, user security systems) on Windows 2000, XP, Vista and 7; or Mac OS (OS 10.x)
    * Strong customer service orientation with an ability to handle customer problems in a professional and courteous manner.
    * At least 2 years of college education.
    * One (1) year call center experience a plus.
    * Ability to communicate in oral and written English.
    * Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and vibrant work environment.
    * Excellent logical thinking and troubleshooting capability.
    * Ability to confidently present products and services to customers upon problem resolution.
    * Be able to accurately type with adequate proficiency to perform the Support Services.
    * Ability to follow detailed instructions.
    * Ability to interact professionally with individuals from various backgrounds.
    * Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined criteria.

Android Developer
(Makati City)

Responsibilities:

   1. An understanding of Android software development - actual coding, core business applications, practical design, research and development, technology adaptation and new initiatives
   2. Knowledge of and experience in working on Android software applications that interface with other technology
   3. Will participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of hardware and software solutions
   4. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and independently without detailed supervision
   5. Will design, code, analyse, evaluate, test, debug, document and implement complex expert-level mobile app engineering
   6. Must work as a part of a very skilled team in creating Android software for a wide range of innovative applications and international clients

Requirements:

   1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
   2. At least 1 year of working experience in Android software/application development and other mobile platforms is required for this position
   3. Must have strong technical analysis and user interface design skills, as well as previous work experience in HTTP, File IO, Multimedia and UI API
   4. Proficiency in code optimization and application usage of limited phone resources in networking
   5. Has strong knowledge of Android application tools and mobile platform programming is a plus
   6. Knowledge in code documentation, ability to troubleshoot network-centric applications and strong skills in debugging on both emulator and device is a requirement
