| Reports Generation Assistant | |
· Ensures timely and accurate Quarterback and Mancom Reports. · Initiates/manages process improvement projects particularly in the field of automation and in coordination with other departments · Monitors performance through TMS preparation/monitoring. Provides data analysis and flags variances/ deviations from expected performance of the group, department and sections. This includes: o producing the CAPEX Dashboard per week and per headline o generates forecast, risk, and project status · Performs financial and economic valuation / analysis for CAPEX projects · Handles the Enterprise Project System (EPS) integrating all CAPEX information · Manages the maintenance and updating of the SAP system relating to CAPEX projects.     · Ensure compliance to regulatory and CAPEX reporting requirements · Handles administrative concerns, special projects and performs other duties and functions that may be assigned. · Performs other functions and acts as a corporate resource that may be assigned from time to time as the business requires · Promotes the implementation of environmental initiatives of the company · College graduate Preferably of Math, Statistics, Computer Science/ Applications Finance or Accounting course · With at least 2 years work experience with background in performance evaluation / metrics monitoring · MS Office savvy, particularly advance excel, preferably uses MS Visio · Preferably Knowledgeable in SAP, sharepoint Salary: 12-15K | |
