Job Description

The Software Tester is responsible for developing, maintaining and upgrading Test Scripts and Architectures for application products using LoadRunner, among other tools. This role proactively engages with Application Development, DBA, Network Group, Server Group, etc. to troubleshoot issues and track ongoing testing efforts.
 
Hewlett Packard offers a wide variety of testing roles and projects, from Junior to Senior and Managerial positions. Our Software Testers, Test Analysts and Test Managers will be involved in Functional, Automation or Performance Testing - fully cross-functional roles which ensure skills upgrades, exposure to project management and the developemtn of highly specialized IT skills.
 
Software Testing is conducted to provide information about the quality of the software under test. This allows the business to understand the risks of software implementation. Test techniques include executing a program or application withthe intent of finding bugs (errors or other defects).
 
Software testing is the process of validating andverifying that a software program:
1. Meets the requirements that guided its design and development
2. Works as expected
3. Can be implemented

Desired Skills & Experience

At least 1 year of Manual, Automation or Performance Testing experience.
Must be a graduate of a 4-year University Course.
