Wordpress / PHP Developer The Wordpress/PHP Developer will be in charge of managing all wordpress installs and development including custom plugin development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:      • Maintain current wordpress installs • Develop and maintain custom wordpress plugins and templates • Install and manage wordpress sites for our customers • Troubleshoot wordpress sites & provide support • Measure and optimize the performance of each site • Participate in departmental code-reviews and discussions • Maintain a current understanding of relevant technologies as they arise and leverage them in providing innovative solutions • Provide time estimates and progress updates on ongoing work EXPERIENCE: • Previous wordpress experience required • Significant experience with PHP and MySQL • Html, CSS, JavaScript • Communicate effectively in english • Writing scripts to automate common and repetitive tasks • Comfortable working in a Linux environment • Integrating third-party solutions and services • Knowledge of SEO best practices • WordPress MU experience a plus • Mobile development experience a plus Please send a resume to xxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx to be considered. | |
