Are you a highly organized, committed professional that and enjoys achieving challenging goals? Do you have expert knowledge of internet marketing campaign design, testing and optimization. Have you worked with PPC, SEO, AdWords, AdCenter, retargeting and content networks? Are you are a master of metrics and tracking. Then this position is for you! We are looking for an internet marketing manager that is focused on ROI and is metrics driven.      Knowledge: • SEM and SEO • Google AdWords/Microsoft AdCenter - Search, Display, Reporting, Optimization • Google Analytics setup and customization • Excellent Spoken and Written English. • Great analytical and reporting skills • Master of Tracking, Reporting and Metrics • A/B, multi-variant testing and ROI analysis • Strong knowledge of the search industry, algorithms and ranking strategies • Basic knowledge of Web design & CMS systems such as WordPress, Joomla and Magento • Enthusiasm towards online marketing Duties and Responsibilities: • Daily Reporting, Tracking and Metrics • Help develop and document our internet marketing program • Manage SEM Campaigns (Adwords, Adcenter, Facebook) • SEO - Onsite and Offsite • Testing - Setup, Analysis and Reporting • A/B, multi-variant testing and ROI analysis • Drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including CTR and conversions through targeting and creative optimization • Collaborate with Creative Team to develop new creative, landing pages, and campaigns for specific brands and clients • Learning New Skills and Technologies as Required • Employee training Requirements: • Reliable high speed Internet connection • English Profiency • PayPal account • Skype Account • Exclusive to Company - Full Time - 40+ Hours per week • Weekend Hours may be required depending on Projects What's in it for you? • Competitive pay and benefits • Job Security - As long as you work hard, you will always have a job. • Excellent work environment that is casual and collaborative (you will always have a voice in our company) • Large Performance Bonuses • Ability to constantly learn and grow, we have a large network of sites and customers that would constantly give you opportunities to develop new strategies and new skills • Ownership in the company. | |
