JOB SUMMARY: The person in this position will be required to have 2 years minimum understanding and skills in the areas of Graphics Design for website layouts and have skills using Photoshop and other graphics tools to create stunning graphics for our clients.

Graphic arts skills and Photoshop application knowledge are required. The person we are looking for should know how to design graphics for websites and will use this skill to make graphic layouts for mini websites using our template platform. Our software does most of the site building for us, but we need some custom design work for the screens and resolutions, plus the software is building APP screens for Apple iPhones and Android Phones. You'll need HTML skills to make those screen/and graphics look really nice on the phones. Must be able to show us samples of designs you have built with other website designs and show your html skills with website formatting.

Must have strong English speaking and communication skills. Must also have a computer in good working condition and high-speed Internet access that is dependable. Must also be willing to follow company policies that include regular weekly work hours dedicated to us, to use a time management program to record work hours and to be available for contact with our Team Leader during working hours.


POSITION DESCRIPTION & DUTIES:

•Install, design and/or customize new or existing designs for HTML websites
•Make graphic layouts for mini websites using a template platform
•Custom design work for the screens and resolutions
•Work closely with the owner/manager in the design details of these projects
•Work with other team members to coordinate the completion of these projects
•Participate in trainings for the benefit and growth of the development of these designs
•Complete daily reports of tasks

WORK HOURS - REQUIREMENTS: Fulltime (8 hours daily) per work week day, Monday - Friday. 8:00am - 5:00pm OR 9:00am - 6:00pm.

COMPENSATION: This position pays $400 a month with payments split into 2 pay periods in the month 1st - 15th and 16th - last day of the month. Pay days are twice a month falling at the end of each pay period in the month. This will be a 30-day trial hire with promotion to permanent status after 30 days upon completion of satisfactory performance review. There will be a raise to $450 after the 30-day trial hire.

COMPANY POLICIES: Team members are provided a Contract Hire Agreement as Independent Contractors and are NOT provided with lunch hour pay, breaks, holiday pay, or sick leave pay, as you are an independent contractor, and not an employee. All pay is based on actual hours worked and tasks completed. All time is monitored by a Team leader and tasks tracked by a Time Tracking program. Reports are required to be updated daily and to be submitted at the end of each pay period in order to be paid.
