| Top Pay for SEO Operations Manager Working The Night Shift | |
The Operations Manager will be charged with managing a team of SEO specialists who have responsibilities in the on and off-page deliverables of our SEO product. This role will also have responsibilities in process management to ensure that we execute upon a predetermined SEO strategy by ensuring that key milestones and initiatives are delivered on time and with the highest levels of quality. We are looking for an experienced leader to drive our Organic Operations team to the next level and someone who will bring with them, new skills and tools to add to our current arsenal. This person must be committed to success and thrive in a positive, fast paced, and dynamic environment. This position requires an in-depth understanding of SEO best practices and a proven track record of exceptional website traffic and visibility growth from SEO campaign management. We are offering top pay (well above industry standard) for a higher level analytical manager that can take our team to the next level. The Position He/She will be responsible for developing the long-term SEO strategy and growing organic search traffic. Responsibilities: Manage, train, retain and mentor a team of SEO specialists to execute on our organic strategy Develop the long-term SEO strategy with the goal of continually increasing natural organic search engine traffic Manage day-to-day SEO operations including new product initiatives, content development , link building campaigns, and reporting & analysis Collaborate with product, content, and technology teams to manage entire lifecycle of SEO initiatives from idea conception to post launch reporting & analysis Define, monitor, and analyze SEO key performance indicators (KPI’s) to continually improve campaigns Compile industry research, competitive landscape information, and trade intelligence for SEO strategy development and optimization Serve as SEO thought-leader by providing guides, resources and presentations to the internal product, content, and technology teams Stay abreast of new natural search engine optimization developments and opportunities in the SEO domain and incorporate into ongoing campaign management Manage the daily operations of the SEO team including website developers, backlinkers, and content team members Continually leverage new tools & industry best practices Requirements : 2+ years of search engine optimization experience (natural / organic search marketing) a must Must be fluent in the search landscape, including search engine algorithms and ranking strategies Experience with Omniture SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, or similar web analytics tools Experience with keyword research and search engine ranking and analysis tools Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and web server environments High attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects Ability to work independently and synthesize large amounts of data while meeting tight deadlines Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Must be able to work US Central Time Zone hours | |
