This Service Delivery Manager is primarily responsible for the management of the entire managed service project. The prime objective of the Service Delivery Manager is to ensure that the project, as a whole, produces the required results and standard of quality. The SDM manages the delivery of the contracted service to the customer, ensuring that the highest level of customer satisfaction is established and maintained. Service Delivery Manager provides integrated management that facilitates the single point of contact for all service requirements and the single point of management accountability for all service management issues, escalation. All local reporting requirements of the end-user are satisfied by the service management. Continuous improvement programs are activated by service management. This SDM is also responsible for the management of the day-to-day activities of onsite engineers. The primary objective of this role is to monitor performance of team members in terms of productivity, customer service and attendance and ensures that work is being done within the company standards and service level agreement. | |
