iOS Game Developer
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will join an experienced game development team. They will be part of a team, which is responsible for delivering major new iOS games and updating our current portfolio. As a iOS gaming developer they"ll work with Graphics/QA team in a fun and exciting environment. Making use of the latest technologies across a number of platforms, they’ll be involved in the entire game development process from design, to concept, through to release/updates. -Development of new games and related features across the iOS platforms. -Contribute to the evolvement of our existing games. -Code & test -Collaborate with others to deliver the best possible games- e.g. Producers, Designers, Architects, QA. Make Money Taking Paid Surveys Requirements: -A love of gaming world -Strong proficiency in Objective-C, strong C/C++ skills -Good understanding and experience of Cocos2D Game engine -Even more solid experience spent doing professional programming of which at least 2 full year on iOS development -Programming experience on games - preferably on mobile devices, must have atleast 2-3 games app released in the app store. Experience of working on graphic rich, eye candy applications and / or games -Knowledge of other Object Oriented programming languages and modern software design a plus (C++ / Java, design patterns, MVC, etc.) -Experience of working on social features and hot techs (Facebook SDK, Twitter integration, Flurry Analytics, Google Maps, Augmented Reality, Push Notifications, etc.) -Knowledge and understanding of profiling tools and memory management -Knowledge and understanding of parallel / concurrent programming (multithreading, concurrency, etc.) -Good knowledge of web technologies and paradigms (JSON, Ajax, AMF, HTTP, REST) -Knowledge and understanding of OpenGL or OpenGL ES -Ability to work within a schedule -Ability to work well as part of a collaborate production team, desire to learn and share with other team members -Self-motivated with a strong work ethic -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
