FluffyJack Design is a small Australian web design and development agency. Our primary focus is on providing high quality websites for a reasonable price to small Australian businesses, and helping them use the website (and other tools) to create an online business for themselves.     We're always looking for extremely talented designers and developers. Ones with lots of experience and a stunning portfolio (for both their designs and code). Our core services are: * Website Design * Website Development * Web Application Design * Web Application Development * Logo Design * Newsletters * SEO Optimized Code * Business Catalyst We also do some iOS stuff, and very rarely flash stuff. We also help out with client marketing plans and business plans. All of our team are multi-skilled. No one is just a designer, or just a developer, or just really good at one thing. Everyone is expected to be able to do at least a bit of everything. Our designers can code they're designs well, and can do some jQuery, and some even know they're way around Ruby on Rails and Business Catalyst. And to ensure everyone is multi-skilled and takes learning new skills seriously, everyone is required to learn new skills on a regular basis through teamtreehouse.com, which all team members get a subscription paid for. The kind of people we want to join our team are people that have at least a few of, or preferably most or all of the following skills: * Web Design * Logo Design * Responsive Web Design * jQuery/JavaScript * Ruby on Rails * Photoshop/Illustrator (though we don't use this for web design, we design our websites in the browser using HTML/CSS and the Zurb Foundation framework) * HTML5/CSS3 * Git version control * Business Catalyst * SEO * Great English * Experience with Basecamp * Quick Learner * Fast worker (I mean really fast, like have a basic 5 page website designed and coded in 2 days type of fast) * Trustworthy * Can follow instructions, and procedures * Can work independently and as part of a team * Can work with and feels comfortable talking to the clients * Preferably you use a Mac * Most importantly, knows what they're doing If you have most of those skills, we want to hear from you now, and we can pay well for you to join the team. The work is 8 hours a day, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (UTC+8). We ask you're online on our IM service for that whole 8 hours. There is a 30 min break each day, take it when you want it. Everyone gets 10 days sick leave and 20 days holiday leave every 12 months. And the 13 month is paid. Everyone is paid a monthly wage, on the 15th of each month, and everyone starts with a 1 week paid trial. We're looking for 1-2 more people for the near future, but we're happy to be contacted. Two positions we really need filled at the moment is someone with very strong Front end Development (PSD2HTML and jQuery) and Ruby on Rails development skills, and a very talented and fast designer who can design websites in the browser using HTML and CSS.
