Responsibilities: • deal directly with clients either by telephone, electronically • respond promptly to clients inquiries • handle and resolve clients complaints • obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints • direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource • manage clients campaign • record details of inquiries, comments and complaints • record details of actions taken • communicate and coordinate with internal departments Requirements: • College diploma, College level general education degree or equivalent • knowledge of customer service principles and practices • knowledge of relevant computer applications • ability to type • knowledge of administrative procedures • numeric, oral and written language applications • interpersonal skills • excellent communication skills - verbal and written • listening skills • attention to detail and accuracy • adaptability • initiative • stress tolerance • technical background in SEO is a plus • call center experience is a plus • 7 Full-Time positions available. • long term, night shift position.
