Job Responsibilities: The position aims to execute all incoming orders, sold by the Equipment Sales / Service Division, that require the supply of components/mid-sized equipment, installation and commissioning at the site. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that all orders meet delivery dates and are installed with a quality required by the customers and in conformance with our standards and at the same time avoiding paying out liquidated damages. Maintain good working relationship with the various parties at site so that the execution progress for scope of work is not affected. Oversee that all sub-contractors and our fabrication shop perform our expected quality output. The Project Engineer must ensure that a copy of all Q.C. reports is available in the project file. The Q.C report must be checked to ensure that they comply with our requirements. Maintain proper execution documentation/meeting minutes/ outstation reports so as to avoid claims and counter claims for delays or proofs for extension of time. Coordinate with other department`s sales and technical personnel to ensure the efficient management and execution of projects. Prepare all required project documentation, operation and maintenance manuals for hand-over to the customers. Monitor projects cash flow and ensure that all progressive payment claims are timely submitted. For contracts involving our component supplier(foreign portion), and other subsidiaries for mid-sized equipment structures (local portion), engineers are to ensure that final products are satisfactorily delivered, installed, commissioned and hand-over to the customer within the project execution deadlines. Ensure that all components required for projects are to be prepared and purchase order is encoded in SAP. Perform all tasks and assignment delegated by immediate superior. Make Money Taking Paid Surveys SECONDARY FUNCTION * To provide engineering services to our other subsidiaries as and when required. * Act as QMS - pro ISO auditor. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent. Full-Time positions available.
