Qualifications: • A minimum of 3-7 years of testing experience with IT applications and web applications/web sites • Understanding of different software development life cycles and contemporary quality assurance processes • University/college graduate or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or any technical area • Strong leadership skills • Understanding of business operations and project management      • Excellent written and verbal English skill • Experience using testing tools such as LoadRunner, WinRunner, RationalRobot, etc. is a big plus • Experience using a defect tracking tool • Knowledge of HR systems is a bonus | |
