Possible work schedule: 7AM - 4PM (Manila Timezone) Skill(s) / Requirements -High level of analytical skill. -High level interpersonal skills to effectively develop and maintain partnerships. -Able to set priorities, plan work programs and meet deadlines in a results oriented environment. -Excellent IT knowledge and experience including multimedia skills, hardware and broad ranging software abilities. -Experience in using web environments to research and gather data in sport. -Knowledge of tennis science and the sport’s rules. -Experience working in a high performance sport (desirable). -Postgraduate studies in Sport Science, -Human Movement and/or equivalent. Alternatively, the willingness and ability to acquire this level or equivalent (desirable). -Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, observe confidentiality and use discretion and initiative. -Well organized with an attention to detail. -Able to work independently as well as successfully in a team environment, contributing to team cohesiveness. -Logical and efficient approach to systems design. -Proven ability to deal with adversity and challenging environments in a calm and orderly manner. -Passion for sport.      Responsibilities -Code Matches set out by Performance Analysis Coordinator -Support Australian coaches with the review and development of the in-game performance of Australian players. -Support Australian coaches with the review of the in-game performance of opponents of Australian players. -Complies with Tennis Australia’s OH&S policies and procedures -Takes reasonable care for the safety of his/her own health and safety and that of other people who may be affected by their conduct in the workplace -Seeks guidance for all new or modified work procedures to ensure that any hazardous conditions, near misses and injures are reported immediately to the Manager -Participates in meetings, training and other environment, health and safety activities -Does not wilfully place at risk the health or safety of any person in the work place -Does not wilfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interest of environment health and safety or welfare -Cooperates with Tennis Australia in relation to activities taken by TA to comply with OH&S and environmental legislation. -Participate in Return to Work Programs, as required to, across the organisation. | |
