Skill(s) / Requirements -Good English and communication skills -A graduate of IT, Computer Science, MIS or any similar course -Also the job requires ACT! software installation on the Windows Server and client machines and network databases. -Microsoft SQL and 2008 Express Windows troubleshooting experience -Must have knowledge in Security software configuration -Basic scripting language -Someone who can commit working on a long term basis -Can work under pressure -Fast learner and worker      Responsibilities -IT Support, supporting existing clients with ACT! (the client's preferred management system) or Sage CRM databases. -Remote access to client's computer system and identify errors. -Troubleshoot error messages within the client's system -Fix ACT! or CRM/Outlook related issues and report the outcome of the task to the manager. -Assist with the client's database maintenance. -Import excel files to ACT! CRM; integrate ACT! CRM with mobile phones, Outlook, MYOB and Topline Design -Respond to client's emails and inform them of support progress. | |
