Non-negotiable work hours : 5am to 2pm Phils Mondays to Fridays.      About the Job Our objective with this position is to produce rapid web development on a range of new and existing websites, to make reduce time needed to launch and optimize all of our web assets. Responsibilities: - Maintenance, Enhancements, and creation of custom Wordpress themes/templates for our client websites. - Collaborate with brand managers, designers & backend developers to refine the user experience and features. Required Skills: - 2+ years of experience in front-end web development - Wordpress customization: 3+ expertise creating customized themes for the Wordpress platform. - Well-demonstrated use of HTML/CSS (tables layout) - Solid understanding of web/usability/accessibility standards - strong attention to detail (some who will fuss over single pixel alignment) - Excellent troubleshooting & communications skills - Knowledge of jQuery - Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (CS5 preferred) Preferred Skills (bonus if you have these): - JavaScript (including DOM, object-oriented JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, events, callbacks) - Infusionsoft experience. - Experience creating themes for other CMS’s such as Drupal, Joomla or Moodle. - Ecommerce solutions experience. You should also: - be able to work with minimal supervision. - be passionate about web design/web development - have a strong sense of commitment and responsibility for your work - have excellent communication and time management skills - have a keen interest in emerging technologies - be able to provide recommendations for solutions to fluctuating online trends - have a friendly, positive attitude. - be good at working on multiple project simultaneously.
