| Virtual Executive Assistant and Financial Controller | |
Due to recent expansion plans, our young and vibrant business is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as virtual Executive Assistant and Financial Controller. The incumbent reports directly to the managing director. The roles and responsibilities are as follows: Financial Controller -ability to set up and use MYOB well -ability to generate invoices -ability to create PO -PAYG -Superannuation -BAS -Accounts receivables -Accounts payable -Cash-flow analysis -Ability to use MS office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point -Process credit cards and expense claims -Payroll and statutory compliance (withholding tax) -Liaise with the company's accountant -End of month processing -Reconciliations (data entry) The incumbent must have experience in Australian taxation practices. Executive Assistant -Assisting with administration, correspondence etc -Appointment setting -Booking travel -Answering Telephone when required -Research activities (manufacturers, tenders) -Quoting Customers with Products -Other general duties as and when required. The individual must represent the company well at all times and have good telephone manners. The incumbent must be able to work with minimal supervision and be results oriented. As this is a virtual position, the incumbent must have his/her own computer, internet, printer and scanner, and communications tool such as VOIP setup.
