| Fleet Specialist | |
Must have to be very familiar with the ITIL framework and Service Desk/Helpdesk processes. Main duties will include: • Documentation and recording of Ship Visit Forms • Creation of Fleet (Incidents and Service Requests) Ship Visit related Reports • Capturing ad-hoc activities performed during Ship Visits • Scheduling maintenance tasks for the systems onboard and assist in project • Regular coordination and association with Fleet Support Technicians The following is a rough set of skills required: • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 4 years equivalent work experience. • ITIL V3 foundation certification • Good knowledge of Incident Management tools and Citrix environment. • Knowledge of tracking and managing incidents within the support environment to ensure technology services are delivered and meet customer business needs/ expectations • Supervisory skills and the ability to leverage support from other parts of the organization • Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Good interpersonal skills. • Ability to organize, delegate, and leverage resources to accomplish objectives • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. • Self- motivated and directed. • Keen attention to detail. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Strong customer service orientation. • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment | |
