Information Technology Assistant / IT Support
(Southern Tagalog - Light Industry and Science Park II Calamba City)
Responsibilities: - Determine, identify and troubleshoot technical problems relating to software and hardware.
- Install and configure software programs and applications.
- Maintain and manage workstations, servers, printers and scanners and other related equipment.
- Ensure quality hardware and software support for end-users.
- Interconnect workstations, terminals and existing data networks.
- Use client management tools effectively to maintain workstations and servers.
- Maintain email accounts within the organization.
- Install and configure telephone.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Web Design & programming, e-commerce design and maintenance
- Applicants must be willing to work in Light Industry and Science Park II Calamba City.
- Required skill(s): Basic Networking, Mail Systems, Telephone Systems.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with Windows Server, XP, 7, AD
