GENERAL CLERK
(National Capital Reg - Pasay City)





Responsibilities: 
  • Receive and make calls for the Vice President of the department.
  • Receive, record and arrange documents that needs to be signed 
  • by the signatories.
  • Receive, file and type correspondence / emails.
  • Coordinates with Administration, repair works and other 
  • adminstrative needs of the department.
  • Prepares purchase requisitions for the office supplies and capital 
  • expenditure items as the need arises.

Requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in
  • Computer Science/Information Technology, Political Science, 
  • Social Science/Sociology, 
  • Secretarial, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology, 
  • Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable with computer applications, MS Office.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
