PLUS work in a very young and dynamic working environment. STORE SUPERVISOR (Baguio / Pampanaga / NCR) (C.A.R, Central Luzon, Northern Mindanao) RESPONSIBILITIES: We want only the best ! To be successful you should have a proven retail sales record and extensive experience preferably in a fashion retail environment. You must have a passion for retail, customer service and management. The ability to manage a small team is an advantage. The successful candidate will receive excellent remuneration with rewards and bonus structure. He/She is accountable for sales performance focusing on growth and profitability, merchandising standards, store operations and development of assigned store personnel. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent. Required skill(s): people management, communication skills, customer service, knowledge in POS and stock management, leadership. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent. Required skill(s): people management, communication skills, customer service, knowledge in POS and stock management, leadership. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
